About the Project – Mission Europe 3:7
Mission Europe 3:7 is more than just a church plant—it is the birth of a spiritual home where immigrants and displaced individuals can find healing, purpose, and renewed identity in Christ. It is a sanctuary for the orphaned heart, a refuge for the lonely, and a living testimony to the transformative power of the Gospel. This mission is designed to reach those wrestling with isolation, cultural disconnection, family pressures, and the quiet weight of unmet expectations. Embracing the diversity of Europe’s immigrant population, Mission Europe 3:7 aims to plant seven culturally rooted churches across Europe, grounded in three essential goals that define the mission’s impact. We begin this journey with the Indian Community Church—serving one of the largest and fastest-growing diaspora groups in the region—as the first of the seven churches. Emmanuel and Preethi invite you to partner with them in this calling—to bring the hope and love of Jesus to the nations, starting with the Indian diaspora in Europe. “I will search for the lost and bring back the strays… I will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak.” —Ezekiel 34:1S |

A Light in the Darkeness
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5 In 2019, as the world reeled from the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, churches across the globe were forced into isolation. With international borders closing and fear spreading, many expatriates and believers left Poland to return to their home countries. As a result, City Church Warsaw’s once-vibrant community began to fade, and spiritual connection was challenged like never before. At the peak of this uncertainty, when hope was scarce and human connection was disrupted, Emmanuel—alongside Mark Murray & Debbie Murray—stepped into the gap. With a burning desire to see lives restored and faith revived, they worked tirelessly to rebuild the church through digital fellowship, online worship, in-house Sunday service with limited gatherings. The Church—the Body of Christ—led a resilient and unwavering outreach to revive a community that endured one of the most unprecedented times in human history. |

![]() That is when the word “Community” took on new meaning to explain what life really means. It became a spiritual necessity, a place of healing and belongingness. This revelation birthed a vision to plant and support churches that are not just places of worship, but homes of hope, where discipleship and real relationships flourish. This became a defining revelation for Emmanuel—that the Church is not merely a building or a Sunday gathering, but a spiritual home where people encounter God as their loving Father and discover what it truly means to be His children. It is a place of belonging, not just attendance—a family where every heart finds its purpose, place and an identity in the Kingdom of God. And “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. II Corinthians 6:18 |

Hope in Crisis: Ukrainian Relief MinistryIn February 2022, the world watched in horror as war erupted between Russia and Ukraine. Millions of lives were uprooted overnight. Poland became a safe corridor for refugees fleeing violence, with over 1.5 million Ukrainians crossing the border within the first few weeks. Emmanuel, filled with compassion and conviction, knew he had to respond. He personally traveled to the Polish-Ukrainian border at Medyka, where thousands of Ukrainian refugees—mothers, children, and the elderly—were arriving in desperate search of safety and hope. What struck him most was the selfless love of the Polish people, opening their homes and hearts to strangers. Moved by the Holy Spirit, Emmanuel journeyed to Rzeszów to assess needs and offer help. This step of faith sparked the launch of the City Church Ukrainian Relief Ministry under Emmanuel’s leadership. Through this initiative, the church mobilized resources— distributing:
“The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.”.” — Mark 12:31 Impact Snapshot: In the first few months, hundreds of refugee families received care through City Church’s coordinated efforts. “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted; He saves the contrite in spirit.— Psalm 34:18 |

Small Church Big Impact: Ukrainian Relief MinistrySoon after, Emmanuel, together with Brother Preston Smith, Sister Christina Vicker, and Sister Aloma Locolano, drove to the Ukrainian border, helping refugees access basic supplies and immediate care. Around the same time, Pastor Scott Curley from City Church Warsaw, along with Brother Chris Meyer, also traveled from Warsaw to Medyka to support relief efforts on the ground. Later, through the support of former City Church Warsaw members, Sister Paulyn Woodburn and Brother Philip Woodburn, Emmanuel partnered with several Christian NGOs to expand the outreach across Warsaw— providing both practical aid and spiritual comfort to those displaced and in crisis. This ongoing mission stands as a powerful testimony to God’s mercy and the Church in action, showing His love through compassion, unity, and service during one of the most difficult humanitarian moments in recent history. ![]()

A New Chapter BeginsCurrently, Emmanuel, Preethi, and their son Zeus are based in India, but their hearts remain deeply tied to Poland. After years of balancing secular careers with mission work, they continue to pursue every opportunity to glorify Christ. Emmanuel’s professional journey has included work with startups and corporations across Europe, the Middle East, and India—offering innovative technology solutions and strategic partnerships. Yet his deepest calling remains unchanged: to serve Jesus and build His Church. Emmanuel and Preethi are now ministering as team members with Communitas International in the church plant mission projects since 14 July 2025. As Emmanuel and Preethi step into their next chapter, they are prayerfully preparing and gathering the resources, tools, and partnerships needed to fulfill God’s calling through their Church Plant Mission in Poland and across Europe. With hearts full of faith and hands ready to serve, they trust the Lord for open doors, divine connections, and supernatural provisions. As a community of believers, let us stand with them in prayer—for protection, wisdom, and abundant provision —so that they may lack nothing in the work ahead. May God go before them, prepare the soil, and bring forth a harvest of souls through this mission. Together, we believe that what God begins, He will bring to completion— for His glory and the advancement of His Kingdom in Poland and beyond. Join us in prayer, support, and partnership as Emmanuel and Preethi step into this new season of Kingdom work —faithfully answering the call to be a light in the heart of Europe. “And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it— Matthew 16:18
