Dear Lord Jesus my Saviour King. I believe that you are my only true God and the Lord of my salvation. I know that I fall short of your grace and mercies because of my sins, but I believe you are my God and through you I receive forgiveness. I believe that you were sent to redeem me from my short comings and make me free from my sins.
I believe that you died for my sins on the cross and rose again on the third day. I know you love me and will never forsake me. I await for your coming to be with you, to see you in your glorious being.
Lord Jesus I want to give my life for you and surrender all to you. And believe that through you I receive eternal life.
